I've been using Western coast insurance services for approximately seven years. It's convenient to where I live and their customer service has always been very good. A little hard to understand over the phone sometimes but in person they are fantastic. I've never had an issue and they seem to know what they're doing.the good work.

I spoke to Preet (Preetinder) about business insurance. She said she would provide me with a few different quotes within 3 to 4 days, but she only sent me one quote. I tried calling her numerous times, but she didn't answer the phone and didn't return my calls after I left a voicemail. After several more attempts, she finally spoke to me once and said she would send more quotes, but she hasn't answered any of my subsequent calls or responded. This is unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on the service provided by Western Coast Insurance. She wasted my time more than two weeks.
