Overall not super happy with the experience I’ve had at hub, went in 2 months before our closing date to get everything set up and smooth. Went back a month before to officially set everything up and was told with the tenants we would need a whole different set of insurance and quotes (we mentioned tenants the first time we came in). Now 6 days before closing we are hearing back that she still hasn’t found anyone, we already went with a different option. However overall not a good experience.

They have always been helpful and patient with us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and thoroughness. Special thanks Abbi A. for helping my wife and I with a lost document on no notice.

Dealing with house purchases and sales, and lawyers and banks taxes my ability to tend to detail as I normally would. Wendy B. was patient and knowledgeable and knew what I needed even though I was having difficulty articulating it. Great service and very responsive as I am in a time crunch. Very happy!
