We had a quick close on our sale. Cora was exceptional. Fast! Got us insured through the fires. Excellent customer service. Definitely refer friends to her!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Karen for my home and vehicle insurance needs for seven or more years, starting when she was at Northhills mall. She has helped me with some unique situations and has shown that she is very technically competent with insurance knowledge. I have also found her to be just the right balance between friendly and professional, with a knack for managing stressful clients. I am glad that I will be able to continue to work with her for my insurance needs in the future.

I am choosing to leave 2 stars, as my experience with this particular branch has now been breached, to the point that my business won't be going to them anymore. 2 weeks ago, at the time of this posting, I had gone to see a rep @ Interior Savings, Regarding my personal plates. I was told I would have a call the next day, never rec'vd that call. Assuming she followed through with returning of my plates, to ICBC for new ones, it's now come to today's date May 19th. I call ICBC For status update on my plates, woman I speak to says ,no sorry we have nothing. I call this branch at 9:25 a.m. leave v.m. No return call, I call again at 1 pm No response, again I leave v.m. Now 3:55 pm, 5 mins to closing I call for yet the 3rd Time, No response, "SORRY CLOSED, SAIS, The message" Very EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, Busy or not , for a long weekend 8 hours of a work day, AND NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL. APPALLING, letalone that my plates WERE'NT SENT back to ICBC, 2 WEEKS AGO. (And it's a 6/10 week wait) for replacement personal plates. Absurd. Trudi Quinlan

Prompt and friendly service. Have been a client for many years. Glad to see younger staff that appears very efficient. Was not always the case with old school tellers. Sometimes painful.
