Roberta was so wonderful! I had to get insurance for my out of province car after getting inspections and all that hoopla, and she was so sweet and friendly and we had some good laughs. It was such a a great end to a long process that had so many little hiccups. Thank you Roberta!

Laurie was awful this evening. I went for a basic task and was met with confrontation every step of the way. No solutions offered, just a front row seat to Laurie's powertrip. No supervisor, no information line to call, no logical explanation, just NO. Waste of a trip, everyone's time and I'm positive that had it been another more competent agent, the task would've been a simple, quick transaction. I'll be going elsewhere from now on and for anyone that must use this Sussex branch -- avoid Laurie! Updated to add: I went into another insurance provider the next day with NO ISSUE at all! Walk in the park. Super friendly agent WILLING to help! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your car insurance needs and much better customer service.

Today, BC Day, my husband and I with my 3 young children were verbally assaulted by a man and the manager told the guy to “calm down” and in the end basically put the blame on me. I was renewing our 2 vehicles and was looking for information about the additional insurance that we already had when this man swore at me and my family. It started a yelling match between me and him. It’s not one of those things that “you should just walk away” from. I feel like they should’ve trained them to de escalate things like this better. The lady in charge was just interested in “moving the line along”

Don't waste your time coming to this insurance company. I went in with a T.O.D which had a crossed out name and reprinted underneath and the service lady (older woman) refused to process the T.O.D and with the same T.O.D was able to register the trailer at interior savings.

Roberta was very helpful to me today, she went above and beyond and totally surpassed any expectations of the experience I had coming in. Thanks Roberta.
