Marie Mann at the Kamloops - Columbia Place location was so helpful in getting my various accounts from various Westland location all together in one location and online. She was also able to negotiate a discounted rate for my home insurance. She was diligent and customer focused and I would highly recommend Marie for your insurance needs.

My latest experience was good and bad. Took a while to get the policy I was wanting settled and I understand all the offices are understaffed. I feel for the employees who do more than they should have to for the clients. Especially Marie Mann in the Kamloops Summit office. She goes over and above and I love dealing with her as I know what she says she will do she will. She is wonderful and very caring. Also a thank you to Allison in the Kelowna office. She also seemed to care about my needs and doing her job as well as she could.

Chantelle was extremely helpful when I reached out to her in a pinch for insurance. I had spoken to many other insurance providers and can say I was most impressed with her level of service and the coverage Westland was able to provide me.

Great customer service and their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They deliver same great service by phone, by email and in person. I would like to commend Madison, the senior insurance advisor, for her efficiency and expertise while responding to my many questions and concerns. Keep up the great work!

Every time I go in for anything they are always so helpful and always super friendly! I have never had a bad experience dealing with any of the ladies, they are always willing to explain any step that we may not understand. Anytime we come in with a problem they always find the solution as quickly as possible. I have gone here for a couple years now and I will continue to do so!
