They paid more attention to whoever they were helping online more than me, at their desk. Either don't really seem to know what they're doing or they just want to get me through as fast as possible. I didn't actually end up getting what I wanted this time. It took a few times of me going there for me to end up writing this. I feel like it got worse each time, so I don't think I'll be going back

Should give zero stars if could, had this company prepare a "quote" for private insurance after a dealership purchase and was told they would call with the total amount before we decided to buy policy,instead they charged over $700 on credit card without consent and still arguing/waiting to receive the refund,Samantha has not dealt with this in a timely manner,could have gotten resolved by a simple Etransfer or check reimbursement. I would not use this place Still waiting for my $1515.oo they took with out consent to be returned over a week later now. No involvement from owner sadly.

Krishen was absolutely amazing to work with. I was having such a hard time registering my out of province vehicle and I called a few insurance companies and everyone gave me a very complicated answer. Krishen not only found a solution for my issue but also got me a great policy package. Once again, last week he was very helpful in transferring my policy to my new leased vehicle and he made it very simple and easy. Thank you Krishen.
