My parents needed to renew their house and car insurance. My parents are getting up there in age and needed some assistance in understanding their policies and if their current policies met their needs. We worked with Reece who did an incredible job in explaining everything to my parents in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend working with Reece for your insurance needs at Acera.

We had a very unfortunate experience dealing with this branch of Capri/Acera when buying our new home. We went through the whole process during subject removal, got a great quote and provided all necessary information. But it was too early to bind, and so waiting a month until we were within the window to bind insurance. At this time, the rep we had been working with transferred us to the farm department, where we basically had to start the whole process over. We only received one quote in the short time we had, which was 2.5 times the original quote, with no time to shop around elsewhere. In the end, we were grateful to get any quote, so as not to have to reneg on our purchase and forfeit our deposit. The amount of stress this caused myself and my family, during and already busy time was astronomical. I spoke with the branch manager, who offered little by way of support or apology for early miscommunication, negligence, and stress this process was causing. I do not recommend this branch, and will be grateful for the opportunity to work with another company ASAP.

ACERA INSURANCE: Replied before the deadline, but they didn't renew my insurance and I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone. Have called several times and sent numerous emails...not impressive.

I recently had some very intricate insurance needs. I was helped by Sam Ka Patel, an incredible, very knowledgeable young man who walked me through every step of the way. He even had to call ICBC in order to complete a portion of our task. Everything was done promptly, thoroughly & all steps were explained to me as we went. In a time when customer service seems to be falling by the wayside, I am delighted to have such wonderful service here & this is now where I will be taking all of my insurance needs. Thank you again Sam!

Went in to put my son on my insurance. Due to a system issue (or an issue with the staff person not being trained adequately...although I felt like I was perhaps being messed with) the insurance agent had to ask for some help from a co-worker on an issue that she had wanted to address before getting to the actual reason that I was there. The whole thing was quite...weird. There was no reason given for her inabiliy to put the information into the system just as he had. Then another agent came up to "hang out" and look at the screen without introducing herself. Why? No name tags. No indication of her position within the company. The name of the business has changed as well but there is no indication of that when their past business name is put into the search bar. (*I can't leave more than one review for some reason...)
