I had a smooth experience completing my out of province insurance change here. They were available immediately as no one else was at the front desk yet. It took 20 minutes or so to fill out all the forms and ensure the correct information, and little was needed of me in the process.

Still waiting for our refund from cooperators Hwy 33 which they took out of our bank AFTER we cancelled our policy!! My husband went to this office Mon and was told "Your refund will be in the back tomorrow" and of course it is not there (Not surprising) Come on Cooperators do your job. This is one of the main reasons we switched insurance companies, the constant lying and over charging is disgusting.

I just found out that I have had no home insurance for 6 months.When I called to ask why they didn't renew it, I was told they canceled it because of non-payment. I actually had no idea it wasn't paid. Did they send me a letter with a bill? No, because I’m on paperless billing. Did they email me the bill? Also no. Apparently if you're on paperless billing that means they will give you no notice whatsoever for bills. The ONLY way to find out if you have a bill or need to renew is if you log into their obscure online account, or call them. Did they phone or email before canceling the policy? Also no. I have now confirmed with them on the phone that this is in fact their normal business expectation. They will not contact you before canceling your policy. She said there are just too many people to contact. To which I replied, are you doing this to people so often that there are too many to call? Anyway, I am extremely unimpressed right now at the abysmal level of customer service here.
