Sussex Insurance - Kelowna 2280 Baron Rd

Didn’t realize my insurance had expired and I was pulled over by the RCMP with my young children in the car. The office said to call this location because it was open until 9pm and it was 8:45pm. The officer said if I could get my insurance renewed they would not give me a ticket. I called and the guy didn’t know how to guide me through the website to get the form I needed for insurance renewal. I finally found it on the website, and he said, ‘I’ll get the online form and phone you right back’ We waited and waited and he did not call me back. The RCMP then waited with me and for the return call and it did not come. They then gave me a fine for $550.00 and I was stuck with 2 young children unable to drive. My vehicle is now being towed. This Employee should be FIRED! Sussex said our mission is Customer Service which is not true at all. This happened at 8:45pm on September 14th, 2024. Please look into what man was working that night at the Superstore location. He had an accent. I will be calling the manager and if I can ahold of the CEO of the company, I’m going to try that too. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Yet another awesome experience at Sussex! The lovely Tracy renewed my insurance this year- I walked in 20 minutes before close but she was nothing but helpful and kind. Thank you, Tracy!!

Thank you to Saryu, a customer service rep, who took the time to phone ICBC to check into why the system was not showing a discount for driving less than 10,000 km the previous year. She ensured that I received the discount I deserved.

RAHUL… its specially for rahul. This guy is fab. He explains everything in deep and check everything either that would be papers or counts atleast 3 to 4 times. I had a great experience with rahul. I would recommend rahul to everyone. He is doing great job.
