Sussex Insurance - West Kelowna 3020 Louie Dr

I arrived at the Sussex Insurance counter lineup, of a dozen customers, at about 7pm on May 1st, 2024. Only one staff member was assisting customers. She was very professional and polite dispite her strong work demands, and advised me she had not had a chance to have dinner! I applaud her for her “pleasant and efficient work ethics”! I re-registered/insured two vehicles and was on my way in about 5 minutes. Thanks for the Excellent service!

All the venues at SS have been great! I will have to concur with these latest reviews regarding Sussex ... To be in retail, all of us have problems but we leave those behind, separate them from other people, grow up and move on pls... more good than bad people.

9am April 26th. Arrived for basic swap onto new vehicle. Man was unable to find active policey, was in there almost 2 hours because no body knew what they were doing. Emailed a void cheque multiple times then had to show the workers how to check their junk mail as they proceeded to tell me it wasn't their it was my fault and they couldn't help me. Witnessed them screw around 4 or 5 other people in the 2 hours I was there. New policey was required just to get out of there, which was calculated wrong, 80 bucks more for the exact same policey on the exact same truck. Then they pulled two payments in a row on the 28th and may 6th ON TOP OF THE PAYMENT I MADE IN OFFICE and on top of the tax payment and reggi payment. 5 payments total. I paid 3 months in a week . Got home and my usual office in the lower mainland is appaled at his screw up. Active policey he couldn't find it right there. Absolute waste of time and now have to file with ICBC for refunds bc of their errors. DO NOT RECCOMEND

At the front black hair lady .she was so annoying...I ask her for solution of paper problems..she told me go to somewere else. very bad experience.....I will never ever go back there . It's better to go kelowna for insurance.

We went there around 11.30am today. A young lady with dark hair is not in the mood to work and answer my question as part of her job. We understand system is down but she was so rude to even answer any question. Taking my business to Capri insurance. Those folks are best. Just went west Kelowna Superstore location because it’s convenient but she changed my mind.
