Western automatically renewed a policy I had when I’d said I didn’t need it any longer. I signed nothing and gave no consent to do so. They then had the audacity to send a minuscule made up amount to collections which is now negatively effecting my credit rating. Terrible business practice. Will never ever use this business again.

I just had the pleasure of corresponding with Kiara Nadal-Brooks. She was direct and efficient with setting up my temporary travel insurance. I look forward to signing a full commercial policy with Western Financial. Professional service is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I want to say a huge thank to Rio and Kush for assisting us today. Transferring vehicles it’s self can sometimes be a challenge but when you add on top the circumstances being due to a loved one passing and the challenges of finding documentation, and ensuring you have all the correct forms and for multiple vehicles it gets very complicated. All I can say is what an outstanding job these two gentleman did. There were friendly, professional and engaged with us every step of the way. Thank you for making a long process seamless and easy!
