Worst insurance broker I’ve ever met. Went in and was unfortunately helped by the pink haired girl. Plan was to insurance a vehicle from Alberta (all required paperwork was there) and she told us we had to DRIVE BACK TO CALGARY for a signature THAT WAS NOT REQUIRED. She laughed at us and told us to drive there and then come back. Knowing she doesn’t know how to do her job, we went to Johnston Meier downtown and had everything dealt with in 15 mins. Avoid this broker and the pink haired girl. She’s terrible.
What a great company to work with. They are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to deal with.
