It was fine just the folks working there had no idea on what they where doing including the management they had to call ICBC to be told properly on what they previously said wasn't possible.
Five star review, they were fast extremely helpful, nice cool building on a hot summer day, explained alot of the new ICBC changes very well . Definitely recommend
The ladies were super helpful and response time was incredibly fast. I've been very pleased every time I interact with these folks.
I mean, buying insurance can kinda suck sometimes, but at least the people working here are super friendly and try to make the experience as painless as possible. Really great staff here.
