I called them to ask open my file regarding water leaking from faucet in the kitchen. As the staff in the phone said , my adjuster, John called me Within 8business hours. He emailed me soon cz I couldn't answer him. Intact is very quick. I didn't report my case that much cz I found that the estimate cost was small. He still kept contacting me to follow up my case through email and phone. Finally I didn't need their help cz the cost was within my pocket money. I had have a very bad experience with another home insurance company before,I couldn't reach any staffs there,they had never replied my phone nor email and it did take neary two years to be done. Intact is very quick and do their job well.Their adjuster,John, is also very quick and responsible. Thank you

I had business insurance with them. They charged me after it was closed for a year. After I proven it had permanently closed they did not return the years worth of money. Eunice Lau- Vice President emailed me saying " they are very strict and cannot return my money"....

They lost track of my monthly payments and then decided to charge me interest and go into my account and take much larger lump sum payments out without my permission to pay themselves for their error. Terrible communication and administrative skills. Would not recommend

I have been with Intact for 3 years and I must say that it's the best insurance company I ever dealt with. I would and have recommended it to friends and family . They are reasonable in price and they have dealt with my incidents in a speedy and profesional way. I thank them for making a bad situation easier to deal with....Lino Endrizzi

Worst responses ever. Have been emailing the adjuster since more than two weeks now and she doesn't even acknowledge. Calling them from so long, seems like everyone is on vacation together all the voicemails says vacations.
