I have been dealing with Kami Insurance for more than 17 years. I have never been disappointed with the high level of customer service that they provide. They have an exceptional reputation for looking after their customer’s needs. They have customers who have been using their services for decades because of their reputation. I would highly recommend Kami Insurance for their professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding service.

Horrible experience John at kami insurance made my insurance buying impossible when I needed it most. My girlfriend and I are trying to sell our car. He gave us a TOP insurance back in February so a potential buyer could test drive it. It didn't sell. She recently fell ill and is in the hospital. We finally have a buyer for the vehicle and he refused to do it because he claimed he wasn't sure if he could. She was ready and willing on the phone like the last time but He avoided emails and hung up when we called. Completely unprofessional. I will be logging a complaint shortly.

NO STARS. Rude horrible experience. Do not go here - there are other places to go to that will treat you like a person and not heckle you while you go down the stairs after telling them how unpleasant they were. Petty and unprofessional. I had trouble with the stairs and asked if there was an elevator and they gave me a bit of a hard time... not everyone who needs an elevator is in a wheelchair, people. Then, the man gives me a quote without telling me it's a monthly rate - no print out, writes it on a post it note. Weird experience. There are SO MANY other AutoPlan places to go and not have to experience such things. AVOID, keep walking, spend your money somewhere else.

Keiko resolved a problem I had with my insurance premiums being too high. It turns out that a no-fault collision I was involved in was negatively affecting my driver factor. She was able to resolve the issue and lower my premiums.

Update: John was nice enough to fix the problem and deliver the docs in person. *********************************************************************** I thought i`ll try this insurance brokerage as it is located on the same block where I work, unfortunately I end up being disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism from John, I will NOT recommend this brokerage to any one. Try some one else.
