Bad service, the girl did not understand what I needed and told me to call icbc. I had to take the call outside of the office since she did not want us to be there. Then after a long waiting they told me the procedure must be done at an office.

Gil has always been an exceptional guy to deal with - friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Alrighty now! I can only say great things about this place! I came in with ten minutes until closing and they still helped me even though I was frazzled and slow. The whole time with a pleasant demeanor and helpful attitude! If you need your insurance needs met go here for sure!!!

I just wonder whatever happened to business etiquette. If you are going to post your opening hours and then you don't adhere to them, wouldn't that send a negative message to your customers? Your store hours said you open at 9am, I show up at 9am and wait 15 minutes, even though I'd be a bit late for work but nobody showed up to open your business. I didn't stick around to find out just exactly what time your staff actually shows up. This is not just directed at you but alot of businesses out there throw up store hours and then ignore them. Kind of unacceptable if you are running any business.

I called in to ask about the available parks insurance plates and was given attitude when a customer came inside the store. Was then ignored, and the woman on the phone did not proceed to search for me. She was rude and did not understand what I was looking for. I am cold calling over 20+ ICBC brokers to find the perfect license plate and was greeted with respect for all of them until I called this store.
