We had a fantastic experience , particularly thanks to Jacob Kurian. From start to finish, Jacob provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. He took the time to thoroughly understand our insurance needs and patiently guided us through the process. Jacob's knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout our interactions. He was incredibly responsive, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our insurance decisions.

Went there to renew license, the front desk lady mojkin , was not even able to understand me , raj was extremely rude and was telling me i am wrong , i later did got license renewed in ABBOTSFORD branch , but Raj just wanted to prove her point that she is the only one who knows rules and was not complying at all . Will never go there again

Staff was very helpful. Jacob was been very patiently handling my case. He helped me in fixing the experience I was carrying from India and provided an eligibility for class 5.

The employees at this office are terrific, especially Jacob and Deidre! Jacob stayed late (which while that is incredible customer service, he deserves some extra vacation time for this!!) to help us with an A to B permit while we were sorting our vehicle inspection. On another visit, he helped me understand what was needed in order to get my ON drivers license moved to a BC license (the "driver’s licence history" is needed, NOT the 3-year abstract). He is always so wonderful to work with, with a great sense of humour, professionalism and overall friendliness. Deidre has helped make our complicated situation for insurance into a simple one, with clear steps on what needs to be done before we can return to have our vehicle insured in BC. I appreciate the patience that she had fielding our many questions! I encourage the ICBC Corporate Comms team to update the Corporate site under the "importing a vehicle" to have more details on what is needed (title, inspection, a link to show what is needed to pass the inspection, etc.). Additionally, a subpage on "Moving and your license" for drivers license from Ontario is necessary. This will avoid a lot of frustration for those not coming to your location with proper documents or understanding the OVERLY complex process. Especially given that the license history takes 15 business days from Ontario's end... I will also note for corporate that there is no point in being open from 5-6pm if there aren't enough staff to serve people during that time. You may also want to have a rule about "last customer" so that people don't waste 40 mins+ waiting only to be told to return tomorrow. You have many staff who stay overtime in order to accommodate peoples' very important license and insurance needs -- this is worker exploitation. If you're going to be the only option in the province, have the right number of staff to meet demand, and stop overworking your employees.

Management is clearly failing. Every time I’m in all employees are hiding, they will complain easily, there is no one at any front desks to help. There is one woman overworked dealing with the drivers license line which is always a multiple hour wait. A work shortage in Squamish? Yet this location needs help more than anything. Do your employees a favour and do better, have better protocol, maybe come work the front and help the only employee doing her job. In the last two days I’ve spent over 4 hours in line.
