I went in to get travel insurance. I had a few questions as to what I would need and how things worked these days. The lady serving me had great difficulty operating the computer. Every time I asked a question , I got told she could print out the policy for me and I could check it And also asked what the medical policy coverage was the number she gave me was incorrect by tenfold. , she was corrected by another employee, She goes I normally don’t sell travelling insurance , no good enough, well get more training and don’t try and sell a customer a product. You have absolutely no idea about and can’t answer any questions because telling a customer, I can print out the policy and you can look and read it ,and look at it is not the answer when they’re standing at the counter.

I love coming here, agents are so helpful and fast I'm always in and out quickly. I never feel pressure to get the upgraded insurance they offer either. This place makes dealing with insurance not such a pain
