Needed to do the ownership transfer papers for the car I was selling. This was one of the few insurance places open late. They were helpful in getting everything done timely and efficiently.

The service is the standout here. The gentleman that was helping me was easy to talk with and very helpful. He did 2 things I thought was above and beyond the call. First he suggested I get a photo of the mileage on my car for potential savings next year. Second he reminded me my license was up for renewal soon. Now I know these aren't ground breaking things but when times are more difficult it's the little things that go a long way. Oh and buy the way the rates were lower than my previous insurer.

Just across the street from my office and open Superstore hours, the location is superb! And the service is top notch, they are always very knowledgeable and efficient. Any questions that I have are always answered well and I have the greatest confidence in them as my insurance broker.
