Our family have been using Westland Insurance for many years now for all of our insurance needs. Previously we were using other agencies but the minute I walked into Westland and met Loni Livingstone, I knew we had found the person we could trust from that point forward. Loni always greets us with a smile and a friendly welcome, but more importantly, she is a confident professional with a deep understanding of all of the different types of insurance we require. She is rapidly responsive to both e-mails and in-person inquiries and never leaves a question unanswered. My 1st Car Insurance in Langley, BC - I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I reached out for assistance on phone 1st and later in office, specially Arinder Kaur was incredibly responsive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear and concise answers, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Just a heads up for anyone considering using these people. They will absolutely under no circumstances ever answer the phone. I have called them probably 60 times over the last month, left multiple messages for a return call, and never been able to get anyone on the phone They also will not answer your emails if you are trying to prevent them from forcibly renewing your insurance. The only way you can get out of your contract with them is to show up on site. I would recommend anyone to go with a company that has less shady business practices
