I had an excellent experience with Jass at Westland Insurance in Langley. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process of renewing my auto insurance quick and hassle-free. Jass patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful advice. Highly recommend his services!

Karan Gill walked me through my auto Insurance over the phone and it was the easiest thing I've ever done. It was nice not waiting in lineups at the insurance office. Everything was handled through email and over the phone. within 15 mins I was done and had my auto insurance emailed to me (She also gave me the option of mailing it if I didn't have a printer.) The agent was competent and efficient but officious and of adequate helpfulness. We weren't offered a choice of plates nor was the agent willing to share information with us when asked. We have a family member in the insurance business and checked with another professional to learn if our request was a common practice. We had two opinions that differed from the agents.

On top of his game, knew all the important details and who to call to get things handled. Super nice, superior service, and wow..can she type!
