I've had nothing but an awesome experience with Acera Insurance. My husband and I were baffled by our boat insurance policy this year, so I decided to reach out to Acera to see what they could offer. I must admit, I'm a bit of a procrastinator. Despite my tendency to drag my feet and get distracted by work and other commitments, their team was incredibly patient and persistent. They helped us get everything sorted just in time. Thanks to their efforts, we even saved $700 on our policy this year—money we're excited to put toward fuel for the boat!

We worked with Samantha Slack from Megson Fitzpatrick to sort out issues with our insurance coverage through another provider for both our Marine and House insurance. Been with this company since I moved to Victoria. I had an awesome agent intially, that moved on. Recently the Naniamo office tried to get me to renew. ( I am in Victoria, guessing this a form of outsourcing ) Took my Credit Card Info, all personal data information, then declined payment. Switched to TD ( My Payment only declined because they do not take AMEX, but I have used it in the past) .... but what irritated me was them taking my credit card information, and then telling me after that payement was declined. ( 5 phone calls was annoying too)
