Had a double payment go through for another bill let them know the next day and came in to try to fix said issue refused to take a payment when I said I was gonna come in to pay and then kept me in the dark for a week then said they canceled for non payment and said they cannot do anything. People in store nice tho but change the policy or people won't want to use you.

We’ve been dealing with Nanaimo Insurance Brokers, initially at Brooks Landing and now their Country Club location, for close to 30 years for both our home owner and vehicle insurance. For at least half of those years, we’ve been fortunate to have worked with Megan Sturhahn who is the best customer service representative we have ever dealt. Megan always wears a smile, is extremely pleasant and never makes our interactions rushed. She not only knows and understands the multiple services and products her insurance company provides but understands our needs and uses her extensive knowledge to ensure they are met. Over the years Megan has helped our family members deal with a multitude of issues and has never steered us wrong. She is a five star + customer service provider and an overall delight to deal with. I would not recommend to purchase insurance and or register your vehicle here. I went there to extend my permit on the car but was told not possible. They gave a bunch of reasons that didn’t make sense to me at all. So i went to a different broker and they extended my permit in 5 minutes.

I have been going here for well over 10 years, I have never ever been treated badly, I find the staff here to be cheerful and polite. I can get in and out of there fairly quickly. For the great customer service over the years, I gladly give them 5 stars.
