It was such a pleasure working with Shenalyn to renew my insurance. Normally I go into the office to renew but I had to do it over the phone this year and the process and service was just as great as when I walk in. Troy Macdonald was amazing!!!! When our son came in to insure his vehicle after we all relocated from the mainland, Troy informed us we should update our ICBC address as well. This let to us receiving a $1000 rebate for two vehicles…we were elated. We will be using Troy for all future insurance needs! Thanks again Troy!

My wife and I went into the Turner branch to find out why my disability discount wasn't being applied to our vehicle insurance. Morgan took the time and did some digging and found out that it hadn't been applied for 3 years. She told us what to do and helped us along the way.
