I have been coming to Western coast insurance for almost five years. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Hailey is especially wonderful and goes above and beyond to put my mind at ease and help me through the process of insurance claims.

I came here to change the address on my RV. And I lucked out and dealt with Tara Maguire. She educated me and gave me a much better insurance plan that would meet my needs all while not paying for things that I do not need. All my life I have been dealing with insurance plans and this is the first time I felt like my needs matter. I had no idea. Would give this place a 6 star review if I could. Place is very clean , air quality is also good. A quite little place and easy to get to with parking all over. If you need insurance come here !

Super sad to go from five stars to one. When two customers in a row walk out it's time to look at your communication. Really wish I'd just followed the first guy. New staff is horrible and can't answer simple questions. Insisted I was told about changes until another staff member had to correct them. Then tried telling me it was acknowledged my me even though it didn't apply on my last renewal. Will be switching companies

Horrible service. When most business try and look for solutions, Western Coast looks for problems. I will not be going back.
