I called today to Nanaimo Branch Aulds Rd to renew our home insurance and spoke to Read. I received amazing customer service and she was very patient and kind over the phone, answered all my questions and made my renewal easy. Caroline Ray was simply outstanding in her care and service while dealing with the challenges of transfer of information from MPIC to ICBC.
