Spent literally thousands of dollars more on my home insurance policy than necessary as a result of poor customer service. Transferred to a new agency who helped me access that savings and WFG sent me an email trying to make it look like my request to transfer an active policy effectively cancelled my home insurance policy and left me without house insurance, which was not true at all. That was just petty.

Fantastic service. Had all my work done by a DELIGHTFUL south Indian woman who was more than helpful. Paperwork and insurance are nightmares and it's always fantastic when someone give you the help you need.

witnessed with my own eyes a lady getting refused a ridiculous amount of 20 $ bill over a 1000+ $ car insurance by a rude South asian lady that was completely ignoring the client. No explanation on why, just a mute dumb scene. Someone should explain the "lady" that in Canada we appreciate a good customer service. We are not in freaking Bombay here!!!!you probably lost that lady as a customer.Me and family of 3 (3 cars) for sure. Btw the bill was perfectly fine . Just a little microscopic corner was missing. Ridicolous!!! 12 years plus ex customer

Tara Maguire is the best. She helped me a lot for everything. Her instructions are super clear and she is very polite. I really appreciate the way she handles her clients. She is very considerate and took extra efforts for me to get my work done. Thanks a ton Tara.
