We use the Slocan Park location for all our vehicle, recreation and home insurance needs. All of the agents we have used are very helpful, friendly and are always able to answer our questions. When we first switched insurance agencies the agent in Slocan Park helping us was able to get us better insurance on our home with a lower rate. We highly recommend this location!
We had been struggling to get an affordable quote for our home insurance but when we asked Michelle to help us, she went above and beyond and she was able to secure us a much more affordable policy than what we were paying at the HUB in Nelson. Thank you Michelle!!
Terrible. Michelle might have the worst customer service practices I've ever experienced. No solutions, just plain discourteousness. Do yourself a favor and go to nelson.
Would give less stars if I could. The woman we delt with there on two separate occasions was incredibly rude. We needed another signature for our papers for a car sale and when we said we would get it signed better and come back she said "no, don't come back here " and was rather rude. wont be taking our business there again. 0/10
