Asked for a quote on house insurance...gave them two weeks, no reply after 25 days. I provided all the data they needed including pictures and manufacturer information. Quote from Westland was provided in less than 24 hours. Kootenay should get out of the business if that is the best they can do....I told them so. Shop elsewhere if you expect service. Disappointed!

Had an awesome experience today with Kootenay. Shout out to “Sarah” who assisted us with car insurance. We were trying to lower down the monthly payment which was the reason of our visit. She is very efficient and was able to provide and suggested necessary information according to our needs. The conversation with her was brief and excellent!

10/10 service. Laurie made getting my vehicle insured, easy and painless ! I will be using KIS from now on instead of Lambert, the difference is night and day.
