Me and my husband visited here around 8 pm on September 6. Mahan helped us to renew our car insurance and change plate number. Even thought It was busy, Mahan took care of our process very well. He explained to us all the process. IWe always come back here! Because of great experiences with Mahan. He is the best insurance broker we ever met. He has a stunning customer service and fabulous insurance knowledge. Additionally his process is fast and accurate! If I could choose BEST employee in Westland Insurance, I want to give Mahan award of best customer service. He deserves more than five star. Thank you for helping us Mahan!

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Phone staff was friendly, but when I came to renew my insurance the space was very dirty. Not something I have noticed in a business before, but literally crumbs all over the carpet, sprays and smears all over the plastic partitions. Investing in a cleaner would be helpful, it was gross. And then the service was not helpful. the guy behind the desk had no patience, the info he was telling me did not help and I ended up leaving and went to a much better insurance place. Won’t be back, won’t recommend.

Kayhan is a great individual and worker! He makes sure all my needs are fulfilled and is extremely kind, fast and efficient! My family and I always come to him and so should everybody else! Shout out to him!

I have been a senior client of Westland Insurance since 2020. I feel like I am just a number and miss that personal contact of an email or telephone follow-up from a representative who shares her/his name on documents and makes it easy to contact them in return. Sadly I received an invoice in the mail and telling me in July that you will "be reaching out soon to discuss any questions or changes you may have." is merely a standard form letter and did not materialize. None of this makes me feel special as a client. Also a $200 increase in premium is exceptionally high. This impersonal approach might be impressive to the young but I suspect I am not alone in saying seniors are tired of being forced to do everything electronically. If it is this much hassle and aggravation renewing I shudder to consider the service if I ever found it necessary to file a claim.

I had a great experience with Pardeep! She was genuine, thorough, and it felt like she was trying to get us the best deal possible. I was very impressed overall.
