On Saturday August 17th I took my elderly friend to McPherson Insurance to transfer ownership of her car to me. It was a long process as there is a LOT of paperwork. Heather was Brilliant. She worked hard to save me money (where possible) and was patient with us when we asked a lot of questions. She even put the new plates on the car for us.
