Amateur female insurance agent. I inquired and asked for an application to apply for a regular collector's plate. She offered a modified collector's plate application and continued to insist they are the same and she has always given people the same application. Clearly she don't know nothing about cars. At least make the effort to ask the customer a few baseline questions before coming to any conclusions. I questioned her once but she's inclined she's correct. Never be afraid to make a mistake or ask a question. Friendly note.
