I realized on a long weekend I was out of insurance and needed a solution quick. Living rurally made the task extra difficult. I called this insurance agency out of the blue and was taken care of so efficiently that it really made my day. Great service!

I imported my car from California to BC, and Pegah really helped me out - she knew exactly what to do. She even helped me get an exemption for the import tax that another insurance broker failed to do. Amazing experience, everyone there is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend

I come here frequently for Autoplan services, including one day temporary plates. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but the North Lonsdale office seems to have a lot of staff turn over and/or trainees. So every other time I'm here, it takes twice as long as it should, as the trainee stumbles through what should be a quick and easy process. This location is the most convenient for me, but I wish i didn't have to deal with inexperienced staff so much.
