Great at selling insurance, very poor when it comes to insurance claims. Get ready to wait 1+ year without any resolution and being out of pocket for expenses during that time. I'm not a client and will never be. Family member is/was a client.
Just imported my cars from Ontario and it was super easy thanks to the fabulous women at A.W. Jones Insurance. They were knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful. Two cars changed over in about 30 minutes. Very happy.
