Unprofessional and lack integrity. To give you an example I wanted to cancel my policy with them and they told me I would bear cancellation charges $30. However, when I called another auto plan broker they told me that it would be $30 + any short term premium charge. So clearly they either don’t know their business or are trying to make a dishonest living. Also, if you express that you weren’t informed they would rudely confront you that you were told. Now considering the above example I was told but told incomplete/incorrect. Why spoil your day dealing with dishonesty and lack of integrity and rude customer service. So avoid this broker and just drive 0.5km to the nearest broker I promise you it will be worth it.

Came here to help a friend get her insurance done as I used to be a broker and this was the closest office when needed in a hurry. The guy that helped us had an AirPod in, not sure if it was playing anything. But asked us to repeat 90% of things said. The phone rang while both employees were busy, the other guy had answered, that’s okay, but then put the call on hold, finished up with his clients and then WENT ON HIS CELL PHONE and forgot about the call for 5 minutes. Very very unprofessional and I would recommend going to HUB insurance office.
