The new staff right now are so rude. I’ve spoken with these two brown ladies (just to describe, not being racist here) and their customer service is POOR. I have lived in Lynn Valley for 7 years and only now that I felt unwelcomed. Poor customer service. They don’t smile & tone of voice is unwelcoming unlike the previous staff before that were the nicest, easy to deal with employees. Seems they don’t like working there. These current employees need retraining around that area.

Always professional & very knowledgeable. Have used Bay City for years & is #1 on our list.Highly recommend. Shilpa there is extremely thorough and professional. Went out of her way to get us the right coverage.

Being there a few times and Unfortunately it seems like it’s getting worse. They’re dismissive and rude. This behavior is becoming more common. some of the staff this branch need serious training on the basics of communication principles in talking to the clients, learn and practice politeness and use professional communication.

* UPDATE since I can't reply to the owners comment. I'm not concerned about the ICBC issue. The problem is she kept cutting me off. Waving her hands in my face and acting like I have no idea what I'm doing. I had a full understanding of the process that was in process it's the way she would cut me off and ask if I understand after every single sentence.* This women here I have tried to work with multiple times and every single time she speaks to me like I'm a 5 year old with an awful tone waving her hands in my face. I've NEVER been so shocked with the way I have received customer service before.
