I visited this location to update my insurance due to a change in my driver’s license status, which I knew would affect my premium. However, one of the female staff members was adamant that no changes could be made. Her attitude throughout the process was very unpleasant. When I asked her to double-check, she made a phone call, during which she complained about me to the person on the other end. Later, I went to another insurance company and successfully updated my premium without any issues. The experience here was honestly ridiculous.

Jayrus Jacinto is THE BEST! He’s always been super helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and has an extremely pleasant demeanour. Please give him a raise, a company vehicle, and a promotion. He deserves it 10000%. THANK YOU, Jayrus for all you do. I can tell you truly care for the people you help.

Insurance isn't always the most exciting conversation. Jayrus Jacinto made the process very pleasant and simple, with his expert knowledge and his thorough process. Janice was the one who helped me for my new car insurance. She was great at her job, patiently answered my all question and helped to get my insurance done.

Janice was awesome. Friendly and efficient. Informative and clear. She did a lot of legwork, where other insurance agents, and agencies, just handed me some papers and told me to come back. She also saved me a fair chunk of change, even though, again, other agencies told me I had the minimum I had requested. And kudos to this Western Coast office, as another client was in great need for help, advice and assurances. They spent a lot of time with that person/client, involving several agents. All I know is that they were working on whatever the need or issue and that they didn't try to summarily dismiss the person or try to hurry up and get to the next. I walked away, knowing I am now transferring all insurance needs to Janice's care when renewels next come up.
