Today I got the pleasure of having Paula M renew my car insurance over the phone. I spoke with the manager, Lynette C, first who quickly connected me to an auto expert. I have an unpredictable work schedule but Paula was able to get me in right away and was extremely efficient yet detailed in my renewal. In March while I was paying for my car insurance, I requested a copy of my home insurance. The young man that did my car insurance was great, very accommodating and brought a number of things to my attention. The copy of my home insurance was incorrect in many areas. After weeks of trying to contact an insurance adviser at the uptown branch, I gave up. I got three quotes-all higher than the Westland’s Renewal forms showed. I emailed and phoned them numerous times and finally I was able to get Melissa….she was fabulous. There were numerous corrections that needed to be addressed in order to get a proper evaluation of what my house insurance should cost. Melissa patiently walked me through all of the issues and insured everything was correct. Prior to her intervention, I was ready to go to a different provider. She’s to be commended and recommended.
