I have never been to a more efficient insurance company. Last year was my first year with them. This year at renewal our agent Rae phone us a month before expiry and had 3 different quotes ready for us to pick from. We went in a few days later and signed the forms and picked up our packed and were in and out of there in less than 3 minutes. I must also add that it is a pleasure to work with her (Rae) as she is extremely efficient and personable.

Cindy was very helpful to us when we needed insurance coverage for our new home. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and provided several available plans to choose the best fit for us. Within a very short time we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We would not hesitate to recommend Capri Insurance to others.

My first experience with this company was good. They were one of the first companies to accept out-of-province vehicle registrations once autoplan brokers started opening back up, which was helpful (gave a start for that). This isn't the closest insurance company to me, but I wanted to keep giving them my business. However, my subsequent interactions with them were quite poor. I needed to update my vehicle insurance because I got a new job which required me to change my car to business use. I walked in and was told that, because the vehicle is owned by my wife and I, we both needed to be present to sign. Unfortunately, my wife and I worked opposite schedules so it was extremely difficult to find time together. Anyway, we managed to find a rare day when we were both free to get this done, only to be told that only one person needed to sign after all... this was a tremendous waste of time. At the moment, I'm trying to claim the cost difference between business and pleasure use from my company. However, the agent who completed my rate comparison form may have done it incorrectly, as the quoted rate does not match the actual rate I am paying, which means I cannot get a reimbursement from my company. I have e-mailed Capri twice already and they have ignored my emails. I find this behaviour unprofessional. If they are unable to rectify the issue, a simple "sorry we cannot help" would have sufficed. Please don't ignore your customer's questions, especially since you promise a 24-hr turnaround time for responses (I sent the two emails a week apart).

We were dealt with quickly and professionally, in a manner that fulfilled our needs. We have placed ourselves in the hands of Capri Insurance for the past 10 years, and have never had a moment of concern as a result. We would unquestioningly recommend Capri for any Insurance needs.
