Very difficult to talk to a real person...the most painful thing was listening to all the verbal stuff when calling the main phone line...way too much information and most of it not important or relevant.

We had trouble finding an insurance company that would insure our property in Penticton. Luckily someone referred Jane Balfour to us! She was very knowledgeable and was able to make a good risk assessment on our property. We were able to bind the insurance for our property on the same day! She was more helpful than the many many companies I called, and I would definitely recommend her.

I needed help locating some paperwork for an old insurance policy. After spending about 45 minutes on hold, I decided to go into the actual store to see if someone could help me. There were two ladies working, who were both helping clients - which was totally fine, so I sat and waited. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged me, even to say that they would be with me when they were done. All I needed was to leave a message to have someone call me when they had a free minute! I won’t be returning for any other services.

I’ve been dealing with this company for years, not impressed with the company policy in miss information given to staff! The staff are trying their best to comply with PHO instructions regarding Covid; the company has forgotten about discrimination towards the medically exemption regarding masks! The PHO order even indicates they will not be fined should someone enters their establishment under the mask exemption policy. Yet here we go … oh you can’t enter without a mask on !!! Discrimination here we go!!! You can’t stop someone in a wheelchair but you can stop someone entering without a mask…They’re both a disability!!! I know that there are not many of those with a disability so why the discrimination? Just not impressed… thought we were moving forward with an ‘all in this together’ Nope not according to this company and others following in their footsteps!
