Today, I had an exceptional experience at Johnston Meier Insurance. Becky, the lady at the counter, truly deserves a five-star review. Despite being incredibly busy, she handled each customer with utmost care and attention. When it was my turn, she patiently listened, addressed all my concerns, explained various options, and made adjustments to ensure I got the right policy. Her professionalism and dedication were evident as she focused solely on delivering excellent service, unaffected by the bustling line of customers. Becky definitely deserves all the praise, and I hope she has a fantastic day!

Terrible service that I do not want to even want to give them a 1 star rating. I stopped going to this location because whenever I went to go renew my car insurance the staff working behind the counter always looked and sounded very unwelcoming. They also looked like the staff also looked like they did not enjoy their job. I felt uncomfortable whenever I had a question to ask and the staff were not very friendly with how they spoke to me and they made me feel because they expected me to know what the answer was. Zero customer service because I also felt I was treated like a number instead of being treated like a customer. So I have stopped going to this horrible location. I am not the only person who felt this way about the service. My mother has also stopped going for the same reasons too.

Convenient location, lots of parking. My experience with insurance renewal is i started going to credit union for my cars because equally convenient and car insurance is same price regardless who sells it. The difference is how you are treated, what information they provide, sometimes they offer a calendar or something small like a car notepad. Over the years easily have an impression that credit union were much friendlier and more accommodating and my impression was reinforced today. The manager did assist me at the end of my visit and she was both helpful and friendly.
