Johnston Meier was very professional and friendly. I had a lot of questions about some finicky house insurance, and they were quick to reply and got all my questions answered in a stress free way. I felt confident I was getting the best insurance policy for what we needed.

Absolutely worst experience ever. I have gotten hundreds and hundreds of vehicles inspected never have I been treated like this. The women was very rude right off the bat with snappy come backs. She did no seem like she wanted to work at all. Got denied insurance because she couldn’t read the vin because she was too short. Went to Walmart right after where the women was more then happy to do the insurance even complementing the vehicle multiple times. She was also too short but instead of talking back, she read the vin off of the door. I don’t understand how these other reviews are so friendly unless it was just the women I interacted with or they’re self written reviews. Never will I take my business here.

Excellent service top notch knowledgeable staff. Both Cindy and Shannon were exceptional and helping me resolve a very complicated issue that ICBC was taking no ownership or responsibility for. I really appreciate both of your help and supporting my issue with ICBC. I will highly recommend this insurance brokerage to provide excellent customer service!

I have used this place for a couple years, great in person. Having moved recently, I needed to do some things over the phone, in which two ladies I dealt with were useless. I thought I’d give it once last try and got Wade, he was awesome. Was able to help me with my items and move on. Update.. Turns out Wade is no longer with this company, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rude lady's un willing to help you out. Additude non stop. One girl starts arguing with me saying I'm not allowed to build my own house because I'm not a contractor and she refused to even look into insurance for me until I became a contractor or hired a home builder .told me building my own home was illegal and was trying to tell me I'm not a contractor even tho I owned a construction company for 20 years. Unacceptable behavior.! If you don't like your job quit and go do something elce I'd skip this terrible experience
