I had an excellent experience today with my out-of-province insurance swap. The service was top-notch, and the representative went above and beyond to assist me. He made the process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was well taken care of. He even came out and helped replace my license plates for me, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this insurance company for their outstanding service!

Great service and the best part is the drive through service lane.

They shared my personal and insurance information with my ex girlfreind. Part of the information they shared was incorrect and partially led to my ex having a breakdown and taking the car without authorization and destroying the car. They also refused to cancel ICBC insurance 6 weeks after the total loss of the vehicle (quoting ICBC rules that don't exist). I went across the street to CAPRI insurance and had no issues to cancel insurance immediately.

We are new to BC and are not totally familiar with the system here. We needed to plate my vehicle and the trailer we now live in full time. I was amazed that one of their staff actually came to the campsite so that he could physically see the trailer, rather than me hook it all back up and take it to him. They were recommended to me, and now I can see why, they were awesome
