I could not ask for better customer service than i received from Ken Alvarez and Marlene Kaiser. I was in a bit of a hurry and walked in right at closing time. Instead of turning me away, Ken assured me that I would be taken care of. Ken was pleasant and made me feel welcome even as the final minutes of business hours passed. It's great to see the customer still come first at Waypoint insurance.
