I popped into Waypoint Insurance (Dogwood branch) on my lunch to enquire about adding an out-of-country driver to my insurance as well as some travel insurance. I could not be happier with the service at Waypoint on Dogwood Street. Arlen provided exceptional service, was so helpful and so patient with me while he explained all about adding a driver to my current insurance, specifically out-of-country. Thank you so much Arlen, I will be back to add the driver. I also needed some travel insurance for an upcoming trip across the border. Wendy Cooper made the travel insurance buying experience seamless. She was informative and helped get me what I needed to cross the border with peace of mind knowing I'll be covered! A friend referred me to Wendy Cooper as I was needing to purchase 1 year travel insurance. Wendy contacted me in a timely manner, answered my questions about travel insurance and then we spoke later to complete the health requirements. She contacted me today to finalize my application which also included Trip Interruption. She explained about the Traveller Card and TUGO app if services are required.
