Avoid, if possible. The staff at this location is clearly untrained and ignorant. Depending on time of the day and who you talk to, expect a different response to the same question. We went there in the morning to get an out-of-province vehicle registered. Sheetal was thorough and gave us the PST amount, after verifying with her supervisor. When we returned after completing the inspection, Sheetal had left for the day, and we had to deal with a different person. After checking with her supervisor, she told us that we need to pay more because extended warranty amount should also be subject to PST. I am not sure which supervisor is correct at this point, but two people providing different responses at different time on the same day does demonstrate lack of training/knowledge. My other vehicle’s registration is coming up for renewal, but I will likely avoid BCAA despite the fact that I have been a member for 37 years.

I had gone to Prince George location for a member service. I needed a passport photo. I was welcomed by new person at reception. I was given a picture with a rotation to left side so Rt side Ear became full visible with beared line but left ear was almost hidden. When asked for a repeat picture the staff asked me to wait. Another staff who had been in the branch for long time came out and started kind of defending the work of other staff. Later when I said that I am not satisfied and didn't like this picture. I was asked to pay again, if I want another picture taken. It was sub standard service. In my opinion the picture taken didn't meet the specification described on their own website. As a member I expect that the senior/old time staff should have been able to look at the picture and make some efforts to understand the reason why a member didn't like a service. I was also given a reason that the picture printed will be final and then al 8-10 shots taken are deleted. This was not the correct information as per Delta call center. A feedback/complaint was made to invite the attention of leadership to improve the quality of service at this location. I was assured to receive a call back which I am still waiting. I may have to go to a different service provider if I dont receive a call by tomorrow to submit my application without delay.

Do not get your motorcycle insurance here. They only issue the ICBC portion then you will have to go to another agency to get the second part of your insurance. It is not a one stop shop for motorcycle owners.

This is a tough review to write because this specific review is from BCAA Emergency Travel Medical Insurance. It's administered by BCAA however it's underwritten by Global Excel Management. I will preface this review by stating we have had decent service with BCAA coverage for our vehicles however if you are traveling and want to purchase travel insurance when you and your family are out of Canada, DO NOT BUY THEIR TRAVEL INSURANCE, because you will not get paid. Kindly go to google reviews and read all the terrible reviews about GLOBAL EXCEL MANAGEMENT and you will see first-hand how sheisty this company is. Here's my review with dealing with them. STAY AWAY!! Global Excel looks after the emergency medical travel insurance for BCAA in British Columbia. Not sure who else they provide insurance for but do yourself a favor and don't give these guys 1 cent of your hard-earned money because they will not approve any claims. My wife and I travel to Texas every six months to visit her elderly father and for 3 years I have purchased the annual emergency medical insurance through BCAA. The website and brochure looks great and for 3 years anytime were in USA, I always had this false sense of security, thinking "Oh if anything ever happens to us, we will be covered!" for 3 years we paid on average of $500 per year for coverage and never used it. In December 2023 we were in Texas and my blood pressure soared to 240/92. I've never had high blood pressure before. I called the toll-free number on the BCAA Travel Insurance website and spoke with a friendly agent who advised me she will open a claim and approved me to go seek treatment. I could've gone to the emergency room in Houston, but I was worried that if the insurance company decided not to approve the claim, I would be liable for potentially thousands of dollars of medical bills. I'm so glad I trusted my gut feeling. Instead I went to an emergency walk-in clinic and saw a doctor who treated me. Total cost of the visit was $130 USD and $15 for the medications. When we arrived home to Canada, I submitted my claim and waited patiently for the money to be reimbursed. 3 weeks later they sent me an email stating they did not receive my supporting documents; however all the documents were attached to the email they sent me. The email was written in very poor broken English and did not make grammatical sense. I called their number and as soon as a live agent said hello, I said "Good morning....' and before I could say another word, the call was dropped. Not sure if they hung up on purpose but it happened 3 times in a row. I finally spoke with another agent and resent all the documents as requested and just silence from their end. Do yourself a favor and if you need travel insurance, don't buy a policy from these guys because they won't cover anything. It's all hugs and smiles when you are giving them your credit card number, but as soon as you try to use it, forget it, they will leave you out in the cold holding the bag. The good news for me is I trusted my gut feeling and didn't go to the emergency room where the bill could've been thousands of dollars. At least I got stiffed for $130 USD which I can live with, but the good news is at least I found out for a relatively small amount of money that I can't trust this company to provide the coverage they promise to. Stay away from these guys and get coverage from a reputable provider. We wasted $1500 over 3 years and never again will I give these people my money again. Total rip-off scammers. 0/10 0 stars #FRAUD
