Receptionist very unprofessional when I called for a mobile home quote. Um seems to be only word she can say. Never did get a call back from the mobile home representative. My grandmother also said her representative dropped the F Bomb during her mobile home renewal review last month and couldn’t explain coverages clearly. She also had to call several times just to get renewed.She won’t be renewing there next year. Terrible place, don’t go there!
It's a do it yourself place. I did so, after a month they take an extra two hundred dollars from my account and say it was my fault because i did a quote...then they slipped and said oops i will get a credit on my next insurance withdrawl. Now they are telling me i have to pay more because my csr.is newer? I am shopping now
