We called earlier this month to get a quote on house insurance renewal, was told it should be a couple weeks. We just got it the day the insurance expires. Went to their office to cancel renewal lady was very rude. Will not be going back there.

Home Insurance: They wasted my time asking for house pictures, dates of installation of the hotwater tank that was not available anywhere, which was not even necessary. Telling me that i would have to pay for additional inspections of the hotwater tank and furnace to achieve installation dates. Then finding out through a different company that Aviva would cover any additional inspection costs if required! I spent 3 weeks trying to get house insurance with Capri. I had to call different agencies to ask how to achieve Capri's requests since i wasnt getting any direction from them through the numerous emails. I had my new insurance policy in place and paid for that afternoon on the phone with a different insurance company without pictures, inspections, or days of back and forth emails that went nowhere, at a price equal to their lowest quote! One afternoon vs 3 weeks! Very Dissatisfied.

I just dealt with William regarding the renewal of my Car Insurance. I was super busy with work and asked if we could zip through it rather than trying to call back later because I might not be able to call or be there before close. The phone call was 3 minutes and 20 seconds. In that timeframe, William was extremely thorough and clear with his questions. On top of that, I had an outstanding ticket (tsk tsk) which we dealt with as well. Exceptional service once again, I'm glad I have my Car and House insurance through Capri.
