Completely missed transferring my replacement insurance (something I had to go and ask them about or I would’ve kept paying for insurance on a car I don’t even have anymore). Had to make 3-4 trips back to them because they forgot to get me to sign/initial papers even though I kept asking them each time I went there if there was anything else they need. Not sure why the pine centre location has so much trouble with paper work. Seem to not have any regard for people’s time. Just smiled and shrugged at me.

Amy Valcourt was extremely friendly and very helpful, a pleasant experience that will for sure bring me back for future insurance business.

Great service friendly and helpful staff my one stop insurance place

I have been dealing with Hub for years. It was time for me to renew my car insurance. Hub sent me a text with a number to call and renew over the phone. I called the number and the person took my information and said someone would call me back. I called at 1:30 pm on Jan 12. It is now 6:30 pm on Jan 13. I guess they were swamped or just did not care. Anyway I went to Integris and they were super helpful and got me set up. One companies loss is another companies gain.
