Just got my class 5 and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I felt very comfortable with my examiner as he was calm and very polite. The staff inside were also very kind and helpful! Thank you!

The mangers at the driving test centre are horrible, Bad customer service. Had karen while ago as my instructor, made me very nervous and distracted me so many times during my test. She was very disrespectful and asked about my personal ethnicity and me very uncomfortable. This other manager felt very entitled to be rude, and even gave wrong directions during the test. An action needs to be taken as so many people have left reviews about them. Recording the test might be an option cause they keep getting away with treating immigrants very rudely.

If the car has a tinted rear window, is it allowed for a road test?

Went in to have my windshield replaced, because I changed my insurance they would only do 500 deductible. Because the first chip happened before the chang even though ot didn't bother me. The big rock chip that happened after the change. They said it wasn't up to me which time to get it fixed. They are rip off artists.

Road test lady screamed at me on two separate occasions when performing a turn onto traffic. I slammed on the brakes, which seems 10x more dangerous than turning. I admit, one was a little tighter and I could have waited, but I was shaken up and afraid of getting screamed at again and it completely affected my actions and thought process at the time. I waited for a car a street or two down to pass by because I didnt want her to scream at me again
